China’s exports of stainless steel products down by 16.57% m-o-m in February
According to data released by China’s customs, China
exported 168,418 tons of stainless steel products in February, falling
by 16.575% from a month ago, due to Chinese New Year holiday.
Among, the exports of stainless steel flat products totaled 133,837
tons, decreasing by 8.5% year on year. Taiwan was the largest importer
with 50,093 tons, up by 1.2% and Korea was the second largest one with
29,489 tons, rising by 1.4%, both compared to that in the same period of
a year ago.
In February, China’s imports of stainless steel products totaled 49,579 tons, decreasing by 17.111% month on month.
