mills wants to use low prices to attract buyers purchase 4 quarter of
resources. The current hot rolled steel mills of the American Midwest
ex-factory price of $660 to $670 / ton, fell by $5 / ton, cold roll
ex-factory price of $780 - $790 / ton, fell by $10 / ton. Part of the
bulk trading may also exist the discount.
