In the Netherlands last steel enterprises will be acquired
According

Nedstaal steel will be Andus group acquisition. Nedstaal is the only a
steel maker, went bankrupt because of failure to meet debt. Lead to the
bankruptcy is the main reason for the European market demand for steel
products, the second is the fierce competition in the goods such as
China and north Korea. Andus group is a holding company, mainly involved
in the iron and steel, oil and natural gas and shipbuilding industries,
sales of 220 million euros in 2013, in addition to the Netherlands,
also in Belgium, Slovakia, and other countries to develop the business.
Andus is the only one the complete acquisition of Nedstaal invite buyers
Nedstaal company's 280, 280 jobs will be preserved.
